How much should I weigh at 5’3

This is -SO- radically different per person. I’m 5′3, and currently weigh 194 with a BMI of 34%, which marks me as obese. I’m currently getting back on the eating right/ exercising train. (Postpartum depression sucked.)

So let’s just say I subtract all the ‘fat’ from my body, about 64 lbs worth, I would still clock in at 129 lbs. I am and always have been a strong lady, with healthy muscles, broad shoulders, wide hips, ample bosom and buttocks.. For me to get to 135, which is supposed to be the top ‘healthy weight’ for my height per all the charts would be unrealistic and I would have to starve myself to get there. Realistically I look and feel good at about 150. If I can get below that, awesome… but as long as I am healthy by all measurable markers I refuse to try to shove myself in some unrealistic cookie cutter range of numbers.
